We dispatch and deliver all orders Monday to Friday, with the option of Saturday delivery, which must be selected and paid for at checkout. Please note, to receive Saturday delivery, your order must be placed by 3pm on Friday.

Note: While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may, in some cases, take longer. For guaranteed next day delivery, select the Special Delivery service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.95 - excludes weekend days
Note: if for any reason your order does not arrive in time we will refund your delivery charge.

Courier Saturday Delivery: £8.50 - order before 3pm on Friday

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

Please note that deliveries may be delayed during bank holidays, as neither couriers nor Royal Mail operate on these days. Parcels will be delivered on the next business day (Monday-Friday), so please allow extra time. We appreciate your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently, we are not shipping overseas due to Brexit regulations. Please note that both food and alcohol are not permitted for delivery. However, the exception to this rule is jewellery. If you wish to send a jewellery gift, please message us, and we will confirm if you can place an order to your International destination.

That's where this candle comes in. Whether it's for a friend or family member who has lost a loved one, or for yourself - or even as an expression of sympathy for the loss of a pet - this candle is a great gift for anyone who needs light in the darkest of times.

It's made from soy wax and is available in different scents.

The wording: "With Sympathy" is fixed - personalise the candle label with your own message up to 120 characters. 

This hand-poured candle will burn for approximately 25 hours and melt evenly.  We suggest you burn your candle for around 3 hours per burn time for maximum longevity and quality.
